Employment Attorney Brendan P. Brewer

Brendan Brewer provides advice to both employees and employers on a variety of employment issues, including employee termination, discipline and grievance matters, employee handbooks, employment contracts, personnel policies, and compliance with the many constantly changing state and federal employment laws, including the Family Leave Acts, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and many other laws. He also advises clients on wage and hour issues, workplace violence issues, employee and applicant privacy issues and drafts documents for all stages of employee disciplinary matters. In addition, he represents clients in responding to complaints from the Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Department of Fair Employment and Housing.
